If you received a damaged item or an item that is not what you ordered, simply return the UNUSED item in its original, shipped condition for a Store Credit ONLY. No refunds. Any items which have been USED are NOT eligible for a store credit and will not be shipped back.
*** Broken Items have to be Reported within 48 hrs of Delivery to Qualify for Credit.
If anything arrives broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file an insurance claim with the shipping company and resolve the issue promptly
Due to a high volume of orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of any items not marked "Ready to Ship".
