Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long will it take me to get my order?
A: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Each of our pieces is made to order and we process orders on a first come, first served basis. We always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Q: How are orders packaged?
A: All orders are well packed with bubble wrap and peanuts and sent in a plain, discreet box. There are no signs of what's inside or our company name, it will be from "Jason Knight".

Q: What carrier will my package be shipped with?
A: We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Their service offers the quickest shipping time for the best value. They deliver anywhere in the US within 2-3 days once shipped.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: We generally charge an $8 flat rate shipping fee for all retail orders shipped within the US. That means the more pieces you purchase at once the more you save on shipping!

*There may occasionally be some exceptions with very large or awkward head pieces and in that case the shipping quote will be calculated on the checkout page.

Q: I'm ouside of the US, can I place an order?
A: Sorry, but we do not accept international orders at this time.

Q: What is your return/refund policy?
A: We stand behind our glass 100%, and buyer satisfaction is of utmost importance. We want our clients to be completely satisfied, and we will do every thing in our power to assure that you are. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us before using your piece.

If you received a damaged item or an item that is not what you ordered, simply return the UNUSED item in its original, shipped condition for a Store Credit ONLY. No refunds. Any items which have been USED are NOT eligible for a store credit and will not be shipped back.

*** Broken Items have to be Reported within 48 hrs of Delivery to Qualify for Credit.
If anything arrives broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file an insurance claim with the shipping company and resolve the issue promptly.
Q: I'm a store owner, how do I sign up for a wholesale account?

A: Sorry, we are not currently accepting new wholesale accounts. We will be offering listings for bulk wholesale lots here when they are available. To be added to our waiting list for a wholesale account you can email us at wholesale@midknightglass.com.

Due to a high volume of orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of any items not marked "Ready to Ship".
